Certifying Staff – Aeroplanes and Helicopters with Turbine Engines
The B1.1 + B1.3 Integrated Basic Training Course provides training for aircraft maintenance certifying staff working on both aeroplanes and helicopters with turbine engines, developing the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to perform complex aircraft maintenance tasks.
The course prepares trainees to meet the basic knowledge and training requirements towards EASA Part-66 Categories B1.1 and B1.3 on an Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML).
Once the applicable licence and experience requirements have been met, licence holders may exercise the relevant B1.1 and B1.3 certification privileges covering maintenance performed on aeroplane and helicopter structures, powerplants, and mechanical and electrical systems, as well as applicable avionics tasks within the privileges defined under Part-66 and the scope of authorisation granted by a Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisation.

The B1.1 + B2 Integrated Basic Training Course provides training for certifying staff in both mechanical aircraft maintenance on aeroplanes with turbine engines and avionics maintenance, developing the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to perform complex aircraft maintenance tasks.
The course prepares trainees to meet the basic knowledge and training requirements towards EASA Part-66 Categories B1.1 and B2 on an Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML).
