The six highest-performing trainees will have the opportunity to take part in a recruitment process with the Maintenance Management team for potential integration into LAS Maintenance, a LAS Group company, with opportunities at Lisbon and Porto airports.
As an additional incentive for professional development, the selected candidates will be offered Airbus A320 (CFM56) B1.1 Aircraft Type Training, subject to the applicable conditions, including remaining with LAS-AMO and gaining the required professional experience over a five-year period.
