LEADERSHIP SUMMIT PORTUGAL 2023

Last June, Casino Estoril hosted another edition of the Leadership Summit Portugal, one of the largest and most significant events dedicated to leadership in the country.

With around 3,000 participants, the event brought together leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and thinkers from various sectors to foster reflection, debate, and the sharing of experiences around leadership in its many dimensions.

LAS Training, as a specialized training center committed to skills development, was present at the event, recognizing that adaptability, continuous learning, and transformation are essential for success — both individually and organizationally.

In a constantly changing world, where technology, mobility, and social and professional demands evolve rapidly, leadership means much more than managing teams or making decisions.
